Has anyone added a "Fiscal Classification Code" for a Supplier?

Has anyone added a "Fiscal Classification Code" for a Supplier?

Need to add a "Fiscal Classification Code" for a supplier.

The "Fiscal Classification Type Code" is "SUPPLIER_TYPE".

Have not seen a set of updated Oracle instructions for this.

Trying to get some clear instructions.
