How to display the legal employer among the columns related to the Learners

How to display the legal employer among the columns related to the Learners
Content (required):
Hi,
we created a new course; when we add the learners, the learners attributes we can see (and we can download in a spreadsheet), are those ones, you can see in the screenshot I attached (and in the Excel file). We would like also to display the learner's legal employer, which is not currently displayed.
Hoping someone has some suggestions.
Thanks a lot,
Alberto.
