Can I create a muti-page report without creating a book?

Summary:

I have Products and Entities in POV dimension. Is there any way to allow users during the run time to select multiple members of both or one of these dimensions? Kind of a book, but just with one report in it and without the TOC?

I remember in FR there was a "page" option, but I don't see it in the Narrative Reporting.
