Which category stores actual location for IBLPN?

Summary:

In Web Report Gen2, Container & IB_Container categories have the fields curr_location_id & prev_location_id but some containers have curr_location_id empty or null even they are located and UI shows actual location, so what category have the real actual location for containers?
