Does Oracle offer a solution to track tax labilities for emps that work in multiple states?
Summary:
Please provide counsel/recommendations on how your company has tracked tax liabilities for employees that spend time working in a state other than their assigned work state. Does Oracle HCM Cloud have a bolt-on that would help us track employees that have self-reported, retain documentation and allow employees to self-service in a way that would adjust their multi-state tax proration? Essentially, the employee would self-report days in a state, which would then feed into Oracle.

1. Employee fills out IL form W-6 indicating the number of days they expect to spend in IL. The remainder of their time will be spent working remotely from Ohio.
