prevent emails from triggering on cancel action when canceling quotes via bulk upload only

Summary of the question:

When we cancel any quote in CPQ, cancellation mail gets triggered to the User.

We are canceling orders via bulk upload in CPQ, we want to know if is there any way to stop emails getting triggered on cancellation action when we cancel quotes via bulk upload only.

One way we know is by hard coding at the steps level, when a particular user cancels a quote don't send the email.

Let us know if there is any other way as well.
