Budget Account Groups - 22A Enhancement Questions and Clarification

The issue we've seen with this enhancement (see below for enhancement documentation) is that the Budget Manager has no power over the Budget Account Groups, they are not even able to delete something that was created by others.

  1. What happens if someone leaves the organization and the Budget Account Group is public? Are we to get IT involved, log in as the user to then delete the Budget Account Group?
  2. Is there a privilege/security rights we can add to the Budget Manager to be able to delete Budget Account Groups?
  3. Is there a way to mass re-assign Budget Account Group Owners or a perhaps give the ability to the defined Budget Manager that power so they can do it in the event the worker that created the Budget Account Group no longer works for the Organization?
