Aren't Values Editable in Campaign Line Screenset?

Summary:

It will be great to make Values Editable in Campaign Line Screenset

Content (required):

In Campaign Line Enhanced workbench, we want suppliers to add multiple info including Accumulation Value/Currency and Non-Originating Material Value/Currency. But it is just noted that Values (with qualifiers) are NOT editable on campaign line screenset. It will be great to enable the edit function.
