Is it possible to update Parent Position using HSDL?

We have a business requirement to frequently update parent position of a large number of positions.

We found that delivered spreadsheet (My client Group --> Work force structure --> Position Details --> Manage in spreadsheet) doesn't provide option to update parent position.

We thought to create a custom HSDL template but not finding any attribute that would allow to update Parent Position.

I am new to HSDL world and would like to take you all expert opinions and guidelines.
