Can PO Schedules and Distributions be split using FBDI ?

PO is created manually or uploaded via FBDI and can be in Open or Incomplete status. Requirement is to update the PO and split the schedules and distributions using FBDI. Let me know if this is possible.

Would be more helpful if a sample FBDI file can be shared.
