Approval Rule with same Roles in different Rules.

Hello Everyone

I would kindly ask a question for approval rule in core HR 

the set up is here

1st Rule

if employee (With only Employee role) update his/her personal details (ME Tab) then the approval will go to the HR Representatives.

2nd Rule

if HR Admin (with Employee + HR Admin Role) Update his/Her personal details (ME Tab) then the approval will be auto approve.

3rd Rule

if HR admin (with Employee + HR Admin Role) Update the employees personal details via My Client Groups then the approval will go to Management Heirarchy.

is this setup possible in approval rules? cause I'm trying some test here is the example
