Can we get the impacted users when Autoprovision Roles for All Users ESS job is run

Summary:

1) Can you please let me know if we can get the impacted users when Autoprovision Roles for All Users ESS job is run.

2) When we change the condition in Role Mapping ie. HR Assignment Status to Active and run the ESS - Autoprovision Roles for All Users process , will the old records also get affected(the records before the change - i.e user account which is still active though the person record is Inactive - Terminated)
