Import External Content - Language English is missing from List of Values

Hello Everyone!

I am seeing a strange issue in one of our pods, actually it is a production Pod in the language section English is missing. But we have English in other pods.

Is this a bug or some configuration change that we need to make.

We have enabled LinkedIn Learning and when i go in to import the External Content I dont see English as one of those list of values.

Here is the screenshot. Because of this issue the Content in English Language was not imported at all.

Please let me know what are we missing here. Is this a bug?
