Deafult Hiring Status to Proposed on Requets a Position change screen
Summary:
Customer would like to default the Hiring Status to proposed whenever there is a change in the existing position, so that the approvers can review and flip it back to approved by a program.
Content (required):
Currently there are a lot of fields to be entered while creating a position like the Collective agreements, Bargaining Unit, union, Grade ladder, working hours, standard working hours, Position details, position name, e.t.c..
Customer would like to minimize and default most of the fields like Bargaining Unit, Union, Requisition template, Grade ladder, Valid Grades e.t.c from the UDT's as all the valid combinations are defined on the UDT.
