Is it feasible to have payment gateways selected based on billing country selection?

Is there any way by which if we have multiple payment gateways in our instance then the gateway will be picked based on the billing country selection ?

For ex - We have created 2 custom payment gateways and enable them for different countries but while placing order the first gateway is being picked up ?

Is there any way to customize this so that based on billing country selection the particular gateway will be picked.
