Change primary email address after an employee terminates?
Summary: Is it possible to automatically change an employee's primary email address to their personal email address (instead of company) once they terminate?
Content (required): Currently once employees terminate, if their primary email is the company email address, it stays that way. We'd like to switch it to their personal email address. Is this possible?
We've looked into other options such as having a step included in an offboarding journey that reminds them to switch the primary flag, but looking for a more automated way to do this.
