Unable to add bank account details.

Summary:

When we are trying to create bank account for the User, it is showing the warning message.

We checked in the backend table, the bank details are associated with the same user only.

So now we need to end dated the previous account details using HDL and we need to create again in Person Management

Can anyone please advice.
