Multiple Active Person Types

Hello All,

Does anyone have advice on what to do with an employee who has multiple active Person Types? Typically the Pending Worker is inactive, but it appears this one is still active. Any reason we shouldn't terminate the work relationship of the Pending Worker? I've never had a situation where a single user has multiple Person Types.
