Fuel surcharge calcualtion - Rounding Distance

Hi All,

I think some of you may have already ran in to this issue, We use PCMILER to calculate the distance,therefore, during the fuel surcharge calculation, the distance is set to 3 decimals (i.e., example 0.45 USD PER 1 MI OF SHIPMENT TOTAL DISTANCE TRAVELED (1627.046 MI) = 732.171 USD. however, we would like to round the distance using the standard rounding ( either up or down to the nearest integer). thus the system uses the rounded distance for FSC calculation.

Could you please share some insights on how we can achieve this with out doing core modification?
