Detailed Reporting on Specialization Completion

Summary: We require yearly regulatory training. I am thinking of setting these up as specializations, but I understand there is not a way to get a detailed report of what parts of the specialization are complete and which parts are not. Has anyone come up with a solution to this? We will need a way to advise leaders which courses are still lacking by their direct reports? Has anyone come up with a workaround?
