Application data security not working post release 22B upgrade for OTBI reports

The users have country specific roles assigned, but still they are able to view employees across all countries when running the OTBI reports. 

For ex: a user has only Canada specific roles assigned and AOR is Canada specific only.

Please let us know if anyone is facing the same issue post release 22B upgrade and any possible workarounds to overcome this issue.
