Unable to connect to Skillsoft Percipio

Summary: Is there some significant difference in the way Oracle LMS connects with Skillsoft vs Percipio? We could integrate Skillsoft content in the past but connecting with Percipio is turning out to be a nightmare.

Our client has been using Percipio and wants us to integrate that with LMS. We asked for a sample content but we are unable to launch that in LMS . What could the problem be?
