I would like to understand the behavior of proxies in case of organizational changes

Specifically:

1.   What happens to the delegation If he moves from the organizational structure where the delegate is? Does the delegation assigned by the old manager remain with him?

2.   What happens to the delegate If the Delegating Manager moves ? Does he Keep the delegation on the structure he is in or does he take the delegation on the new structure of the delegating manager who gave it to him?
