Work center and resource doesn't show in Production Scheduling

Summary:

We are in process of setting up Production scheduling. When we try to setup attributes for organization, we could successfully bring item EFF and work definition attributes. But when we try to select the work center and resource in resource attribute tab, LOV doesn't shows up in the LOV.

Any pointers would be helpful.
