While the adding Pending worker user account showing inactive

Summary:

Hi Team,

Currently we are facing an issue while the adding pending worker user accounts showing inactive in Prod and on the test environment, we have a same configuration and it's working currently we can see the active pending worker.

Have we missed any job role which needs to be scheduled? If yes, please let me what need to be checked.

Or any other issue, and we are not using any third party application or ORC to add pending worker or hire an employee.

And how we can see in any process already running.
