Accrual Based on Work schedule of employee
Summary:
We have a requirement where employees have two Shift 5- day working shift and 6-day working shift. Now Requirement is that employee who are on 6-day shift are eligible for 'Casual Leave'. We have handled this in the Eligibility profile and Validation formula. But there are scenarios where employee moves from 5-Day shift to 6-Day shift in between a year so now the employee should get leaves on a prorated basis from the day on this employee has moved to 6-Day Shift.
