Restrict Line Managers ability to edit LWD only later than resignation notification date

Summary:

Currently after employee submits the resignation and it goes for approval to line managers. The line managers are able to edit the LWD to a date which is before the resignation notification date.

Content (required):

If resignation notification date is of 23rd May 2022 and resignation date of 21st June 2022. The line manager should be able to edit the LWD to a date not before 23rd May 2022. However currently the line managers are able to edit LWD to a date even before 23rd May 2022.Please let
