Attachment is read only on profiles approval

Hello Team

Hope you are doing well!

We have a requirement where in the attachments uploaded in skills and qualifications should be visible to the approver in the approval notification.

As of now, only the attachment info is visible and not the actual attachment.

Could you please check and guide.
