Manage Job Offers > Transfer action - Assignment flex field values are blank

While performing Transfer action using -- > My Client Groups > Show More > Employment > Manage Job Offers > Transfer

Change Assignment page is opening , On the Assignment section flex fields values are showing as blank. These assignment flex field values should be populated from the previous assignment (On the previous assignment row these flex fields has some data) . But the flex fields are showing blank values while we are performing Transfer action from Manage Job Offers.

If we use direct Change Assignment quick action from Employment section (My Client Groups > Show More > Employment > Change Assignment), The assignment flex fields on the Change Assignment page have the values .
