Plan Enrollment for Anniversary Term plan
We have an accrual plan with a plan term of Hire Date Anniversary. Enrollment Start Rule is As of event.
We have loaded employees from legacy system to Fusion. Now which date should we use to enroll workers in this plan?
Is it the latest anniversary hire date for each employee or should we pick a cutoff date and provide the adjusted balance?
Has anyone implemented this before?
