Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Can someone explain the use of the below fields in the Audit tab of the Service Request details page?

  • Show User-Related Details: Shows Impersonator and Impersonator ID columns.
  • Show additional object identifier columns: Shows Context Name1 and Context Value1 columns.

What is the use of these columns? How to populate values in these columns, as they are all blank.
