Summary:

We have a requirement to build a custom BIP report in Oracle Cloud ERP (SCM Module). If there is any attachment at Sales Order Header Level, then we want to get the URL for the attachment and display in report output. Once user download report output and click on URL, we are expecting to download the attachment.
