We have a requirement to make the "Ethnicity" read only for employee role which we have achieved, but can we make based on legal employer.
Example 1: Legal employer "A" can see "Ethnicity" but read only
Example 2: Legal employer "B" can see "Ethnicity" can edit
Can we achieve by DFF or any other work around
