Custom metric doesn't work inside dashboard

Hello,

We realize a new custom analysis in order to calculate the #Avg Time To Fill (Days), we use this formula:

AVG( CAST( TIMESTAMPDIFF( SQL_TSI_DAY, "Job Requisition - Dates"."Creation Date" , "Job Requisition - Dates"."Filled Date" ) AS INT))

When we open the dashboard page we have a wrong value, while after we refresh the page we obtain the correct one, calculated also as we open direct the report.

How could we solve this bug, I m attaching the nquery log of the analysis, the catalog file and the screenshot of the problem.
