EPMAT-7:Malformed URL

Summary:

I am at my wits end setting up an additional (new) server to run epmAuotmate. I have epmauotmate running on 3 different servers with no issue, but this new one just keeps telling me that it has a malformed URL.

Content (required):

Running the below code always yield EPMAT-7:Malformed URL no matter what I do. If I run it manually it does work, I am able to start the log session. I even tried to re-encrypt the password but no dice. Any help /ideas greatly appreciated.
