Summary:

I have several problems that are not "how do I do that", but "this thing is broken and Oracle needs to look at it", how do I report that to someone who cares?

Content (required):

Some time ago, my Load Balancer went offline, but I can't delete it, because it doesn't exist, and I can't create a new one, because one already exists. This is now unresolved for close to a week.

Today, my Bastion stopped working, and nothing I can do seems to resolve the issue. I have done no changes on my things, so something changed in OCI that I have no control over, which results in me not reaching my instances. Since I have a free tier account, it seems my only recourse is to post in the forums and wait for days/weeks?
