Single Sign on login failure

Hi,

My client's IDP certificate got expired and that time I reset the password of two users in Oracle so that they can access Oracle directly. Now the IDP is renewed, all other users are able to login through SSO, but these two users for whom i reset the password in Oracle are not able to sign in through SSO. Pls guide
