How to enable Additional Person Info under Personal Information work area?

Summary:

We are required to enable Additional Person Info under Personal Information work area, but we are not able to get any information regarding that, we have already checked if it is related to security profile and profile options but nothing found. We also tried to do it using HCM Transaction Studio still not shown. It is needed in order an employee to view there own extra information using Employee role. In addition to that we also tried with deeplink it says Access Denied.
