Summary:

For the scenario where a candidate (already a pending worker) rejects the offer, the pending worker record details need to be retained in the Oracle system for future tracking.

So Instead of Using 'Cancel Work Relationship' under Pending worker , Please advise what other options we have to Just deactivate the pending worker record like Reason of 'Withdrawn - Offer Rejected". So that Record can be retained in the Oracle system for future tracking.
