Question on Plan Balances on Approval Notifications
22A saw the release of Plan Balances on Approval Notifications*, which will allow the approver to see absence plan balance at the point of approving absence request.
Currently testing functionality as this looks like it could be a good addition to the user experience of recording absence. However, encountering an issue during testing, which I will share below - and wondering if there are any suggestions as to how to approach resolution.
We have introduced the change within non-Prod:
Setup and Maintenance - Absence Types - select Absence Type - Edit: Correct - tick box 'Display balance in approval notification'
