Recommended Learning Alert

Summary:

Is there an available alert which can be configured which ensures Learners receive recommended learning alerts/notifications? (i.e. alerts of recommended learning from other learners/line managers/learning specialists)

Following the Learning Recommendation Event Alert Removal as part of 22B, we have tested the suggested alternative, 'Learning Recommended to Learner (WLF_RECOMMENDATION_TRANSACTIONAL)' however this also enrols the learner on the recommended learning.

This means the Learner would then have to withdraw from the learning.

The previous alert provided by Oracle prior to 22B meant that Learners could receive an alert when learning had been recommended to them, but it would not auto enrol them into the course / offering.
