I'm not getting Termination Checklist Tasks Notifications suddenly after terminating an employee

Hi Team,

We have one termination checklist Template in which 2 tasks are there.

Once the Termination of an employee is successful, then the Manager of that terminated employee should get 2 Checklists Tasks Notifications in his bell icon and to his mail.

He needs to complete them from Checklist tasks item.

We used to get these checklist Notifications Properly till few days back.

But suddenly, the checklist Notifications are not coming and nothing is present in Checklist Tasks to complete in the Manager Login.

Could you please let me know why the checklist Notifications suddenly stopped in our instances?

Could you let me know how to get them normally just like before.
