Release 8 and Prior

The delivered Compensation Manager job role has access to view and create OTBI reports using the Workforce Compensation subject area. Access to the data in that subject areas is secured by the data privilege "Allocate Compensation Person Rate by Compensation Manager".

To give access to line managers or other HR roles, you must assign the following duty roles. This also applies when giving line managers access to OTBI reports from a workforce compensation plan.
