How do I create a new position under Workforce Structures?

Seems like Oracle has changed the titles under My Client Groups - Workforce Structures and we cannot create a new position?

Content (required):

We want to Create a New Position. Can you please advise which title we choose from below. We dont need it for a Requisition. We just want to Create a New Position with basic information and then add the employee under this New Position.
