Is there any way to get the sub category for module identify column in HRC_TXN_HEADER table

We could see lot of transactions for Manage Employment (Under Module Identify field --> Table HRC_TXN_HEADER). We are trying to segregate the transactions.

We are trying to identify what kind transactions has made under Manage Employment. (Ex: Promotion, salary change etc) some thing like we want understand.

Is there any way to find the sub category for Manage Employment.
