Hi, I am triggering a business rule from a task list which is running for 7 min approx. The calculation executed from task list is finishing with a time out message: Business Rule execution time has exceeded the maximum configured wait time. Business Rule will now be executed in the background. To check Business Rule execution status, open the Job Console page.
Some end users are not experiencing any time out however the task interface will run forever even and won't hand over even if the BR is over (as verified in Job).
In Application/Settings I set the Number of Seconds Before Rules Run in Background to 600 but this has no impact on end users. Look unrelated to time out but to browser (Firefox).
