How to get current Employment details as well along with Proposed in Notifications

Summary:

Dear Team,

I updated employment details for one employee in the below path.

My Client Groups -> Person Search -> Click on the person -> Employment page opens -> Click on Edit ->Update -> Change Action -> Position in Assignment details -> Review -> Submit.

The Process got Auto Approved and I got a Notification Mail.

In that Current and Proposed details it should show but Current details are empty and Proposed details are coming.

My Client raised an incident saying that Current details are showing empty.

Could any one of you please let me know how to resolve this to show current details also in the notification along with Proposed details.
