OTBI Report Columns
Summary:
I am using three Subject Areas:
Workforce Performance - Performance Document Status Real Time
Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real Time
Workforce management- Worker Assignment Real Time
And I have added person number, employee name, performance document name, review period, etc but some columns are remaining like-
1. Employee Self Rating – Goals
2. Employee Self Rating – Competencies
3. Employee Self Rating – Overall
4. Manager Rating of Employee – Goals
5. Manager Rating of Employee – Competencies
6. Manager Rating of Employee – Overall
Can anyone help about how to fetch these columns? Or is there any other Subject Area I need to add.
