How do I use flexfield in the rules in the Transfer workflow

Summary:

I created two flexfields fields and I am not able to use them in the workflow rule, I have already used these two attributes

Task.payload.transactionApprovalRequest.attribute11

LocalAndGlobalTransferApprovalPayloadType.transactionApprovalRequest.attribute11

But the field comes empty.

I located the DFF and went to use it, but the fields come with the value null.

BaseWorkerAsgDFF.EInteresse.toUpperCase()
