Edit button not visible on Legislation Infomation field

Hi,

We need to correct the hire date of an employee although we are getting below error :

You can not delete this legislative information because the person has had work Relationship with legal employers in this country (PER-1530407) .

I saw the solution (Doc ID 2640024.1) to delete the legislative information but edit button is not available.

Any advise will be helpful.
